Aethel Defense helps companies test their AI applications for security weaknesses before they ship. Our platform runs authorized security tests against AI systems, shows what was found, and tracks each fix through to a verified retest.

About the role

We're hiring a Customer Support Specialist to help our customers get the most out of Aethel. You'll be the first person customers talk to when they have a question, hit a problem, or need help setting up. This is a fully remote role, based in India, working with customers around the world.

What you'll do

- Answer customer questions by email and chat, clearly and quickly
- Help new customers set up their account and their first applications
- Troubleshoot issues, reproduce problems and pass transparent bug reports to the engineering team
- Write and update help articles and FAQs
- Track and manage support tickets from start to finish
- Share customer feedback with the product team so we keep improving
- Help customers understand their test results and next steps

What we're looking for





- Experience in customer support, technical support or customer success
- Excellent written English. Most of our support is in writing
- A calm, patient way of explaining technical things in plain language
- Comfort learning a technical product. You don't need to be a security expert; we'll teach you
- Experience with a ticketing or helpdesk tool (Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, HubSpot or similar)
- Organised, reliable, and able to work independently in a remote team
- Willing to work hours that overlap with our customers' time zones

Nice to have

- Interest in cybersecurity, AI or software engineering
- Experience supporting B2B or enterprise customers
- Basic familiarity with APIs, JSON or CI/CD tools
