Role Description The Customer Support Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role involves responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or ticketing systems, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions. The representative will troubleshoot issues, document interactions, and escalate complex problems to the appropriate teams.

Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, updating knowledge bases, following standard operating procedures,
