EXPERIENCED OPPORTUNITY

Qualification: Graduate / Undergraduate

Experience: Minimum 1 Year of Experience in International Calling

CTC: 3.6 LPA to ₹3.9 LPA

Approx. In-Hand: Max ₹25,000 Per Month

Salary Hike: Up to 30% over the last drawn salary, not exceeding the maximum offer

Additional: Incentives

Transport: One-Way Cab + ₹1,400 Travel Allowance

Shift: Rotational Shifts

Working: 5 Days

Weekly Off: 2 Rotational Offs

Location: New Town, Kolkata

Handle customer interactions for an international travel voice process, leveraging previous international calling experience to understand customer requirements and provide professional support. Candidates should demonstrate strong spoken English, effective probing, active listening, and confident international customer handling. The role requires accurate communication, skilled resolution handling, and adherence to defined customer-service and process standards.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹32,500.00 per month
