Job Location: Gurgaon

Profile: Customer Support Executive Voice / Chat

Eligibility:

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Experienced candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of international customer service experience.

Salary Details:

- Fresher Chat: 18,000 to 20,000 in-hand
- Fresher Voice: Upto 25,000 in hand
- Experienced Voice: Up to 35,000 in-hand
- Experienced Chat: Up to 26,500 in-hand

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle customer queries through voice calls or chat.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues.
- Maintain skilled communication and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow company policies, quality standards, and process guidelines.




- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when required.
