Job Title: Customer Support Executive – International Voice Process

Location: Sector 30, Gurugram, Haryana

Work Mode: Work From Office

Salary: Up to ₹32,500 CTC per month

Job Overview

We are looking for customer-focused professionals to join our international customer support team. The ideal candidate should have experience in an international BPO environment, good communication skills, and the ability to assist customers with basic technical troubleshooting and product-related queries.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries and provide professional support.
- Assist customers with basic technical troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend relevant products or services when appropriate.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and related processes.
- Maintain customer satisfaction while following company guidelines and quality standards.
- Document customer interactions and update relevant information in the system.
- Meet defined customer service, quality, and performance standards.

Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 6 months of experience in an international BPO process.




- Good English communication skills.
- Basic understanding of technical troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of upselling and the ability to identify relevant customer needs.
- Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to work from the office in Sector 30, Gurugram.

Work Details
- Working Days: 5 days a week
- Shifts: Rotational
- Weekly Off: Rotational
- Transport: Both-side cab facility, subject to company policy and service availability
- Employment Type: Full time

Compensation Salary offered up to ₹32,500 CTC per month, depending on experience and the hiring assessment.
