Experienced :- 23k Take Home (Approx)
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through chat, email, and voice support.
- Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining quality standards.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently and within defined SLAs.
- Accurately document customer interactions and update records.
- Follow process guidelines and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Eligibility:
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Comfortable working in a 24x7 rotational shift environment.
- Customer-focused with good problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer and internet navigation skills.
- Personal laptop/desktop with Intel i5 processor or above.
- Stable broadband internet connection.
- Updated web browser and a dedicated workspace for uninterrupted work.
