We are looking for customer-focused professionals to join our international customer support team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate should have experience in an international BPO workplace, strong communication skills, and the ability to assist customers with product-related queries, basic technical troubleshooting, and service recommendations.

Job Details

- Job Title: Customer Support Executive
- Location: Sector 30, Gurugram, Haryana
- Work Mode: Work from Office
- Experience: Minimum 6 months of international BPO experience
- Salary: Up to ₹32,500 CTC per month
- Working Days: 5 days a week
- Shift: Rotational shifts and rotational week-offs
- Transport: Both-side cab facility

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries and provide effective support through appropriate communication channels.
- Assist customers with product-related concerns and basic technical troubleshooting.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services where relevant.




- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction through appropriate upselling and service recommendations.
- Follow established service guidelines and maintain professional communication.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns and maintain service quality standards.

Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 6 months of experience in an international BPO process.
- Good English communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic understanding of technical troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of upselling techniques and customer engagement.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.
- Willingness to work from the office in Sector 30, Gurugram.
