As a Customer Support Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing timely and effective assistance with their HRMS software needs. Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat.

- Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through solutions.

- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate technical teams.

- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions.





- Proactively identify and address potential customer issues.

- Contribute to the development of knowledge base articles and FAQs.

- Collaborate with other team members to improve customer satisfaction.

- Learn and stay up-to-date with the latest features and updates of our HRMS software.

- Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

- Recent graduate with a Bachelors degree in any discipline (preferably in a related field like Business Administration, IT, or Human Resources).

- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in [List required languages, eg, English, Hindi, Gujarati].

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Ability to learn new software quickly.
