The candidate will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with customers, addressing their queries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide timely solutions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to address customer concerns.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain professional communication.
- Meet assigned performance targets and follow company policies.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification:
Graduate in any stream.
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Communication Skills: Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, if required.
