We are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Customer Support Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, resolving their queries and problems, and providing a smooth customer experience. The ideal candidate should have good English communication skills and the ability to handle customer concerns professionally.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries and complaints through calls, emails, or chat.
- Understand customer problems and provide appropriate solutions.
- Communicate clearly and professionally in English.
- Maintain a polite and helpful attitude while interacting with customers.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and complaints.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and effective support.





Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving and listening skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with email and office applications.
- Ability to handle customer complaints patiently and professionally.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates must be comfortable communicating in English.
- Customer service experience will be an added advantage.
