Role Description We are hiring dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Analysts for a full-time, in office position in a blended process involving voice and non-voice support.

The selected candidates will handle customer inquiries through calls, emails, and other communication channels, resolve customer issues, provide accurate information, and maintain records of customer interactions. The role also involves basic troubleshooting, escalating complex concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Qualifications & Eligibility

- Education: Graduates from any stream are eligible.
- 12th Pass:



Candidates with a minimum of 6 months of relevant experience are eligible.
- Communication: Good English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience: Freshers who are graduates and experienced candidates with at least 6 months of relevant experience.
- Strong customer service, problem-solving, and active-listening skills.
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally and work in a blended process.
- Willingness to work in rotational night shifts.
- Ability to work and manage customer interactions efficiently.
