Purpose of employment
We are looking for a energetic Customer success executive who manage the existing client. You will be the part of the sales team & a key responsible person to go to market & generate revenue for the organization
You will be responsible to maintain a professional relationship with your clients & time to time generate additional revenue for your existing account.
Task
· Time to time Email communication to existing clients on various offers, achievements, articles that are of interest to the client or their industry.
· Maintain client relationship
· Timely reporting to seniors & detail updates on each client sales cycle
· Should be able to demonstrate the solution capabilities to client.
· Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
· Identify the client challenge / pain areas & give propose solution that fits the requirement
· Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
· Consistent follow up, proactive actions,
timely reminders with client to address all the queries leading to closure of business.
· Collect feedback from customers and share with internal team
