Requirement Summary As a Customer Success Executive at NCG within the consulting sector, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery of our services to a key banking client. - Experience in consulting or a related field is beneficial, though not mandatory as training will be provided.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for enhancing client experiences.

Key Responsibilities • Act as the primary point of contact for the client and all users on the platform, ensuring their needs are met promptly.





- Onboard new users effectively, ensuring they are fully operational and confident from the first day of engagement.
- Resolve support queries from start to finish, taking ownership of the entire process to ensure closure.
- Coordinate between internal teams and the client to expedite issue resolution and enhance service delivery.
- Diligently track open items and follow up to ensure all tasks are completed without oversight.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, escalations, and resolutions to aid in continuous improvement.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Contribute to the development of client success strategies and implement best practices to optimize the client experience.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
