Roles and Responsibilities :

- Provide exceptional client support to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.

- Assist in identifying opportunities for growth and upselling/cross-selling within existing accounts.

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve overall customer experience.

- Develop robust relationships with clients through regular communication, meetings, and reporting.

Job Requirements :

- 0-6 month of experience in sales or a related field (e.g., marketing).

- Strong understanding of the internet industry trends and technologies.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with customers.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team towards common goals.
