About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual to help customers understand and effectively use our MAPOG platform, assist with queries, and build strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Guide customers through product onboarding and feature demonstrations.
- Handle customer queries through calls, emails, and online meetings.
- Follow up with users to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the technical team to resolve issues.
- Collect customer feedback and maintain customer records.
- Build long-term customer relationships and encourage product usage.

Requirements
- Graduation required.




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good coordination and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with web applications.
- Willingness to learn about GIS, mapping technology, and SaaS products.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
