What we are looking for We are looking for people who enjoy multi-tasking would love to work in a startup. You will have ownership over customer relationships and will be their main point of contact from Classpro. You will help us with our software subscription renewals and payment collections.

What will be your responsibilities as a Customer Support Executive (Software)

- Handle support requests from our customers - Provide prompt help support to our customers.
- Following up with customers via phone for pending payment subscription renewal
- Generating invoices, estimates and updating the same in software
- Coordinate with our internal tech team to get client issues resolved.




- Update and maintain our knowledge base of common issues faced by customers.
- Provide ongoing support to users, via phone, e-mail chat, to ensure their success with Classpro.
- Working with clients, sales team, retention team ensuring their success.
