Shift: Fixed US Shift
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Week Off: Saturday and Sunday
We are hiring Customer Support Associates for a US Healthcare blended process. The ideal candidate should have solid communication skills and experience handling international customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through voice and other communication channels.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Maintain customer records and update information in the system.
- Follow up on customer requests and ensure timely resolution.
- Deliver a positive customer experience while maintaining service quality.
- Adhere to process guidelines and performance standards.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an international voice process.
- Graduate or undergraduate candidates can apply.
- Good English communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to work in a fixed US shift.
- Candidates with recent lead generation or B2B experience are not eligible.
Interview Process: Only 2 rounds. Pay: ₹19,500.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
