✅ Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline
- Fluent in English, Hindi & Bengali
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Experience in Customer Service, Retention, Telecalling, Sales, Lead Generation, or Banking preferred
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply
- Immediate joiners preferred

? Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers




- Handle customer retention activities and generate leads
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions
- Build and maintain solid customer relationships
- Achieve process targets while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activities
