We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates for International and Domestic Voice Process roles in Noida. The ideal candidates should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customer queries professionally over calls.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls as per process requirements.
- Assist customers with their queries, requests, and concerns.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining service quality.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions in the system.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through qualified and courteous communication.
- Meet process-specific performance targets, quality standards, and productivity metrics.
- Follow company policies, call-handling procedures, and compliance guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria
- Education: 12th Pass / Undergraduate / Graduate.
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Communication: Good verbal communication skills in English and/or Hindi,



depending on the process.
- Skills: Basic computer knowledge, active listening, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in a voice-based customer service environment.
- Candidates applying for international voice processes should be comfortable communicating in English.
