Role : Customer Service Operations
IMMEDIATE JOINERS ONLY
Need to Handle customers queries through predominantly non-voice channels with voice support when required.
Candidates should have good English and Hindi communication,
Need to be comfortable with 24x7 rotational shifts,
Need to meet the stated qualification and experience criteria, and transparent Assesment .
WFH candidates must have the required system and stable internet connectivity.
Requirements : i5 computer with browser and stable internet
Preferred candidate profile
EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION in English and Hindi
