We are looking for a skilled Customer Service Domestic Voice Regional Language Team Member with 2 to 7 years of experience to handle Telecom Inbound Voice Transactions/Request for India-based Telecom service providers using various tools. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to process transactions efficiently and accurately.
Roles and Responsibility
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
- Process transactions in a timely and accurate manner using various tools.
- Ensure high-quality customer service and maintain satisfaction.
