Job Role: Customer Relationship Executive

Job Responsibilities

- Communicate with shop owners and business owners to explain SetGo's features, advantages, and business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants.
- Convince shop owners to register their businesses on the SetGo platform.
- Follow up with potential clients and convert leads into successful sales.
- Achieve monthly sales and listing targets.

Monthly Targets
- Sales Target: ₹1,00,000 in closed sales.
- Listing Target: 50 business listings.
- The employee must achieve either ₹1,00,000 in sales or 50 listings, whichever is higher in terms of target achievement.

Incentive Structure
- On achieving the target: 15% incentive on the closing amount exceeding ₹1,00,000.
- If the target is not achieved: Salary will be calculated at 20% of the total closing amount generated during the month.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
