– Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)
Industry: Gold Ornaments Manufacturing
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit existing jewellery customers and maintain solid business relationships.
- Collect feedback on jewellery quality, designs, and services.
- Understand customer requirements and address complaints.
- Coordinate with Sales, Production, Order Processing, and Dispatch teams.
- Follow up on customer orders and delivery schedules.
- Identify opportunities for repeat orders and customer retention.
- Submit regular customer visit and feedback reports.
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits.
- Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge.
