The role involves handling customers, understanding their requirements, resolving queries, maintaining relationships, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through phone, WhatsApp, and in-person interactions
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate assistance
- Follow up with customers regularly
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns
- Maintain customer records and feedback
- Ensure timely resolution of customer queries
- Maintain a skilled and friendly relationship with customers

Requirements
- Good communication skills in Hindi & English
- Confident and presentable personality
- Strong customer-handling and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Fresher and experienced candidates can apply
- Candidates from Varanasi preferred
