Role & responsibilities

- Handle customer interactions through inbound and outbound calls and chat.

- Understand customer requirements, preferences, and concerns through effective probing.

- Recommend suitable products based on customer needs.

- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, offers, and policies accurately.

- Handle customer objections and provide relevant solutions.

- Follow up with leads at the right intervals to drive conversions.

- Maintain a strong focus on sales conversion and revenue generation.

- Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience throughout the sales journey.

- Maintain accurate customer and lead information in the CRM.

- Follow defined sales processes, scripts, and quality standards.

- Coordinate with relevant internal teams wherever required to resolve customer queries and facilitate order closure.

- Consistently achieve assigned sales, conversion, and productivity targets.

- Maintain high-quality customer interactions across both calls and chats.

Preferred candidate profile

- Candidates strictly from BPO/BPM industry or in customer support roles





- Should have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience.

- Good verbal and written communication skills.

- Candidate should be aware of 1-2 CRM / ERP tools

- Robust customer-handling and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend the right solution.

- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.

- Basic knowledge of CRM and computer applications.

- Willingness to learn and adapt to sales processes and products.

- Regional language proficiency will be an added advantage.

- Prior experience in Inside Sales, Telecalling, Chat Sales, or Retail Sales will be an added advantage.

Who Can Apply?

- Candidates with strictly 1-2 years of experience. Experienced candidates from a customer handling role will be highly preferrable.

- Candidates from Customer Experience Background / BPO industry.
