Customercare Executive (FMCG)
Generate sales by contacting potential and existing customers over the phone, promote FMCG products, explain product benefits, process orders, follow up on leads, maintain customer relationships, and achieve monthly sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide product information and resolve complaints.
- Maintain records of customer interactions.
Requirements:
- Valuable communication in Tamil & English preferred. Speaking Hindi and Telugu is added additional advantage.
- Customercare experience 5+ yrs preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge.
Salary - 13k-20k Preferred Experience : 5+ years.
Preferred location : In & Around Tirupur candidates Only can apply.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
