Collaborating with other departments to address complex issues

Product Knowledge:Developing and maintaining a robust knowledge of the company's products or services to provide accurate information to customers

Communication Skills:Communicating clearly and professionally with customers to ensure understanding and satisfaction

Tailoring communication style to meet the needs of different customers

Customer Feedback:Collecting and documenting customer feedback to help improve products, services,

Providing insights to the management team based on recurring customer issues

Order Processing:Assisting customers with order placement, tracking, and addressing any issues related to the ordering process

Escalation Handling:Managing and appropriately escalating issues that require further attention or resolution beyond the scope of the customer care professional's authority

Policy Adherence:Adhering to company policies and procedures while assisting customers

Keeping up to date with changes in policies and procedures
