We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to assist customers, coordinate product demonstrations, handle customer calls, and provide after-sales support. Candidates with an interest in electronics and technical products are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

- Register customers for product demonstrations and schedule appointments.
- Make follow-up calls regarding customer inquiries, demos, and service requests.
- Record customer complaints and coordinate with the relevant teams.
- Explain basic product features and assist showroom customers.
- Maintain customer records and daily activity reports.

Requirements:

- Plus Two or any degree preferred.
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Interest in electronics, gadgets, and technical products.
- Freshers are welcome; experienced candidates may also apply.
- Willingness to learn and work with the sales and service teams.
