Profile: Customer support

Process: Blended process

Qualification: Minimum 12th

English communication required

Salary: 14,400 in-hand

6 days working ; 1 rotational off

Rotational shifts (9 hours)

Roles and responsibilities:

- Have to deal with the queries of customers
- Have to resolve the queries of customers over the call
- Attend the calls and provide them positive knowledge about there queries

Interview mode: walk-in

Interview location: Doranda, Ranchi
