Countryside Express Logistics Pvt. Ltd. is a technology-driven logistics company providing domestic and international courier, cargo, and shipping services. We are looking for a customer-focused and responsible Customer Care Executive to handle customer queries, provide shipment updates, resolve delivery-related issues, and ensure a smooth customer experience.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Provide shipment tracking updates and delivery status information to customers.
- Coordinate with operations teams regarding delayed, pending, or undelivered shipments.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Follow up with customers, delivery partners, and internal teams regarding shipment-related issues.
- Assist customers with booking inquiries, pricing, delivery timelines, and service information.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions.
- Escalate complex issues to the concerned department or supervisor when required.
- Ensure timely responses and maintain a high standard of customer service.




- Support the operations team in resolving shipment and delivery-related concerns.

Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service, customer support, or a similar role is preferred.
- Freshers with valuable communication skills may also apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
- Ability to handle customer complaints calmly and professionally.
- Good follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a team and manage multiple customer queries efficiently.
