We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to manage client communications and resolve customer queries for our Australian clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, a clear and professional Australian accent, and proven experience dealing directly with Australian customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer communications through phone calls, emails, and live chats.
- Respond to customer queries and provide timely, effective resolutions.
- Maintain accurate customer records, documentation, and communication logs.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Follow up on pending customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain professional relationships with Australian clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Graduate degree; candidates with a Computer Science background will be preferred.
- 2–4 years of experience handling Australian clients or working with Australian companies.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Transparent and professional communication with an Australian accent.
- Proven experience in direct customer handling through calls, emails, and chats.
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer queries in a fast-paced environment.
