- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices.
- Continuously monitor application performance and suggest improvements.

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Jakarta EE.
- Positive To Have Skills: Experience with Spring Boot.
- Strong understanding of enterprise application development and deployment.
- Experience in designing scalable and maintainable software solutions.
- Familiarity with web services and RESTful API development.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues.
