About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Culture & People Success Executive who will manage end-to-end recruitment, support smooth onboarding, and drive employee engagement activities. This role requires strong coordination with hiring managers, ownership of day-to-day HR operations, and a process-oriented approach to ensure people processes are completed accurately and on time. The person will also use AI tools and data to improve efficiency and outcomes in HR workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

· Own the recruitment process from requirement discussion to offer release.

· Coordinate with hiring managers for role clarity, JD finalisation, and interview planning.

· Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using ATS, job portals, referrals, and direct sourcing.

· Schedule interviews, collect feedback, and keep candidates and stakeholders informed.

· Maintain accurate recruitment data and trackers.

Onboarding

· Manage preboarding and onboarding activities including documentation, induction scheduling, and system access coordination.

· Track onboarding through defined workflows and highlight risks or delays proactively.

Employee Engagement

· Plan and execute engagement activities, celebrations, and recognition programs.

· Share engagement calendars and manage internal communication for people initiatives.

HR Systems, AI & Process Improvement

· Use ATS and HRMS tools (Keka preferred) for recruitment tracking and employee data management.

· Experience or strong interest in workflow automation tools (n8n preferred) and AI-based HR workflows.

· Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, etc.) for documentation, reporting,



and workflow optimisation.

· Analyse hiring, onboarding, and engagement data to identify bottlenecks and improvement areas.

· Continuously improve existing HR systems and processes to reduce manual effort and errors.

Must Have

· 1–4 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations (IT/Tech preferred).

· Hands-on experience with ATS and HRMS tools (Keka preferred).

· Exposure or strong interest in workflow automation tools (n8n preferred).

· Demonstrated ability to design and build HR analytics dashboards and synthesize raw data into meaningful, actionable insights for process improvement.

· Clear communication and process-oriented working style.

· Ability to manage work through systems, dashboards, and workflows instead of manual chasing.

Good To Have

· Experience in employee engagement and culture initiatives.

· Basic understanding of HR policies, SOPs, audits, and compliance.

· Interest in data, reports, and improving HR processes.

Qualification

· Master’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
