We are looking for CS Trainee for the Investment Banking Compliance team at Nuvama.

Who Can Apply: Candidates with the below qualifications

Mandatory Qualification

- CS Professional Level (Completed / Pursuing).

Preferred Qualification

- Graduate / Postgraduate in Law (LL.B./LL.M.).

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in KYC searches and background verification reviews.
- Assist in 21A and 21C analysis and related compliance monitoring activities.
- Maintain and update track records, databases, and compliance registers.
- Coordinate and liaise with various internal departments for collection of information and closure of compliance requirements.
- Support the team in document management, record keeping, and maintaining regulatory documentation.
- Assist in preparation and filing of regulatory submissions, reports, and filings.
- Compile, organize,



and analyse data for compliance reviews and management reporting.
- Maintain trackers and monitor timelines for various compliance activities.
- Assist in policy reviews, compliance audits, inspections, and regulatory correspondence.
- Provide support in other day-to-day compliance and operational tasks as assigned.

Skills & Competencies

- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet timelines.
- Willingness to learn and work in a agile regulatory environment.
