Job Summary

Mindmap Digital Private Limited is looking for a CS Trainee who is interested in building a career in corporate law, securities law, and regulatory compliance.

The selected candidate will gain practical exposure to various corporate and regulatory matters and will have an opportunity to develop hands-on knowledge in compliance-related activities.

Key Responsibilities & Exposure

- Gain practical knowledge of the Companies Act, 2013 and related compliance requirements.
- Assist with e-filing and compliance activities on the MCA portal.
- Gain exposure to SEBI ICDR Regulations and SEBI LODR Regulations.




- Assist with FEMA-related compliances and regulations.
- Gain exposure to IPO and listing-related compliances.
- Assist with corporate governance and other regulatory requirements.
- Support the team in preparing and maintaining statutory and compliance-related documents.

Basic Requirements

- Basic knowledge of the Companies Act, 2013.
- Practical experience in e-filing on the MCA portal.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Willingness to learn and develop practical knowledge in corporate and securities law.
- Candidates with 02 years of experience can apply.
