Role Responsibilities:

- Social Media Inquiries: Reply to comments on company posts and respond to direct messages and inquiries on Instagram and other social media platforms.

- Candidate Communication: Communicate with interested candidates and clearly explain the enrollment process, training program, interview preparation, and placement support. Answer their questions and provide accurate information about the company’s services.

- Candidate Records: Record candidate details, communication history, and follow-up status in Excel, Google Sheets, or a CRM tool.

- Follow-ups and Coordination: Follow up with interested candidates and coordinate with the relevant team to resolve questions or provide updates.

Required Skills & Preferred Candidates:

- Transparent written and verbal communication, patience, and good interpersonal skills.

- Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with CRM tools and social media is an advantage.

- Good organization, attention to detail, and time management.

- Experience in CRM, customer support, lead handling is preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
