- Handle incoming calls and customer enquiries.
- Explain NIA EV scooters, features, pricing and offers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and coordinate test rides.
- Generate leads and follow up with interested customers.
- Maintain customer details and daily enquiry records.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
Preferred candidate profile
- emale candidates with valuable communication and a pleasant personality.
- Tamil & English communication required.
- Hindi is an advantage.
- Basic computer/Excel knowledge.
- Customer service or sales experience preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills can apply.
