We are seeking an energetic, persuasive, and target-driven Credit Card Sales Executive to join our international outbound sales team. In this role, you will interact directly with customers across international markets (US, UK, or Canada) via outbound voice calls to promote, pitch, and sell premium financial products and credit cards. You will evaluate customer eligibility, articulate card perks, cross-sell rewards and features, and guide applicants through the credit card pre-screening and application process.

Key Responsibilities

- Outbound Sales & Pitching: Execute outbound calls to prospective international clients, effectively present credit card features, annual rewards, zero-APR offers, and balance transfer options.
- Lead Qualification & Screening: Assess applicant credit profile parameters, verify basic eligibility criteria, income guidelines, and pre-screen documentation prior to application submission.
- Objection Handling & Closing: Address customer hesitation, compare competitor card features, overcome objections professionally, and secure completed credit card applications.
- CRM & Application Processing: Enter accurate customer data, update lead disposition statuses,



and log application details in CRM platforms while maintaining strict client confidentiality.
- Compliance & Quality Metrics: Strictly adhere to international telemarketing laws, Do Not Call (DNC) regulations, banking disclosure guidelines, and internal Quality Assurance (QA) script standards.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, or any stream.
- Experience: 1 years of outbound telesales experience in an international BPO / Call Center process (credit card sales, personal loans, insurance, or financial services experience preferred).
- Language & Communication: Excellent spoken English with a clear, neutral accent, strong active listening, and high conversational engagement skills for international callers.
- Sales Aptitude: Proven capability to close sales on call, meet or exceed monthly sales quotas, and handle customer rejection with a positive attitude.
- Shift Availability: Willingness to work rotatinal night shifts aligned with international target market hours (US EST/CST/PST or UK GMT/BST).

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
