Role Overview

We are looking for a Creative Strategist & Copywriter to become the creative engine behind our client retainers. In this role, you won’t just execute tasks—you will own the creative vision, build performance-driven strategies, and write the high-converting copy that brings them to life.

You are a perfect fit if you are a strategic storyteller who understands consumer psychology, knows what makes people click an ad, and can smoothly orchestrate design and video deliverables from concept to final launch.

- Core Focus: 70% Copywriting & Creative Strategy | 30% Delivery & Account Management
- Key Channels: Meta & Google Ads, Websites/Landing Pages, Social Media, and Communication Videos.

Key Responsibilities

1. Creative Strategy & Campaign Planning

- Develop cross-channel creative strategies for diverse client retainers, aligning business goals with compelling narratives.
- Brainstorm and conceptualize high-performing ad campaigns for Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, and organic social media.
- Script and storyboard communication videos,



translating complex brand messages into engaging visual hooks and flows.

2. High-Converting Copywriting

- Write sharp, persuasive copy across digital touchpoints, including website landing pages, ad creatives, emailers, and social grids.
- Maintain and adapt distinct brand voices across a portfolio of different clients.
- Optimize copy based on creative performance metrics to continuously improve client results.

3. Creative Orchestration & Delivery (The "Management" Piece)

- Brief and collaborate with graphic designers and video editors to ensure visual assets perfectly align with your strategic and copy direction.
- Act as the creative bridge for client retainers, ensuring all design and communication deliverables are high-quality, on-brand, and delivered on schedule.
- Maintain a macro-view of client retainer pipelines without losing sight of daily creative quality and client alignment.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Strict Experience Requirement: 1–3 years of direct creative agency experience doing copywriting or creative strategy.
- Portfolio Evidence: A strong portfolio showcasing live Meta/Google ad copy, landing page copy, or video scripts/storyboards.
- Excellent Communication Skills: For seamless client interactions, smooth internal team collaboration, and clear briefs.
- Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to assess campaign data, trends, and creative outcomes to pivot strategies.
- Execution & Turnaround: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple design/communication deliverables simultaneously and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, English, Journalism, or a related field is preferred.

This Role is NOT For You If:
- You are primarily an IT, technical, or operations-focused Project Manager. (This is a heavily creative, writing-first role).
- You only write long-form editorial content/blogs and have no experience writing performance-driven ad copy or website landing pages.
