Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Creative Designer role based in Kochi.

The Creative

Designer will develop visual concepts and designs for digital and print campaigns that support Direct7 Networks’ brand and client communications. Day-to-day tasks include creating graphics and layouts for marketing collateral, social media, web pages, and product interfaces, while ensuring design consistency with brand guidelines. The role involves collaborating closely with marketing, product,



and sales teams to translate complex messaging and technical services into transparent, engaging visuals.

The Creative

Designer will also participate in brainstorming sessions, refine feedback-driven iterations, and prepare final design assets optimized for multiple platforms.

Qualifications

- 1–2 years of experience in digital or graphic design
- Strong skills in Creative Design and Branding, with the ability to develop cohesive visual identities and campaign concepts.
- Proficiency in Graphics and Graphic Design, including creating high-quality visual assets for digital and print media.
- Experience in Web Design, with an understanding of responsive design, UI/UX fundamentals, and web-optimized graphics.
- Advanced knowledge of industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, or similar).
- Portfolio demonstrating creative thinking, visual storytelling, and work across multiple formats and channels.
- Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and basic understanding of telecom or SaaS environments is an advantage.
- Knowledge of AI-powered design tools and their practical implementation
- Basic motion graphics, animation, or video editing skills
