Job Title: Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) Location: Kalyani, Kanchrapara Company: Airtel

The Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) is responsible for handling walk-in customers at the store, understanding their needs, and selling Airtel products and services while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Attend walk-in customers at the counter.
- Promote and sell Airtel products and services.
- Explain plans, offers, and advantages clearly to customers.
- Complete customer documentation and service activation.
- Handle customer queries and resolve service-related issues.
- Maintain customer records in the system.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.

Eligibility:
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Sales or customer service experience preferred. Freshers may also apply.
