- Cold Calling, Telephonic & Face 2 Face Counseling of students for various courses
- Counselling and converting enquiries into admissions and then to admission process to higher education abroad.
- Manage Educational Seminars, Presentations, Educational Events.
- Dealing with clients/students over the telephone or by e-mail in a polite but effective manner.
- Conducting a detailed profile assessment of a study abroad applicant and accordingly sending him a shortlist of universities where his chances of getting admissions are high.

- Regular updation of reports
- Contribute in organizing student welfare activities, club activities and outdoor trips
- Maintain and update different types of records and files as per the center requirement
- Complying with all the existing rules and the recent rules informed from time to time
