About the Role We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Trainee Travel Consultant to join our Corporate Travel team. This entry-level role offers an excellent opportunity to learn the end-to-end process of corporate travel operations, client handling, and booking systems under the guidance of experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist senior travel consultants in handling corporate travel bookings and client queries.
- Support in flight, hotel, and ground transport reservations as per company policies.
- Coordinate with airlines and travel partners to ensure seamless booking confirmations.
- Learn and assist in using GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo) for travel arrangements.
- Ensure accuracy in documentation, invoicing, and itinerary preparation.




- Maintain excellent communication and customer service throughout the travel process.

Requirements
