Roles and Responsibilities
- Conducting Sales, Product & Process Training at regular intervals of time.
- Support in the execution of training programs in coordination with stakeholders
- Create and manage dashboards, reports, and Excel-based tools for all programs
- Coordinate with multiple departments to identify training needs and ensure effective rollout.
- Provide post-training support for teams on reporting accuracy, automation, and data usage.
- Maintain training documentation, track effectiveness, and report learning outcomes.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate with 2-4 years of experience as a corporate trainer.
- Positive communication skills & having good command on MS Excel.
Candidate should be OK for 6 days working.
