- . What we are looking for. 5 to 7 years of experience in Training Development within the Banking or NBFC industry (NBFC Preferred)

A. Training Coordination, Design Delivery

- Design, develop, and deliver training programs tailored to business needs within
- the NBFC domain.
- Facilitate classroom, virtual, and onthejob training sessions using proven
- training models.
- Develop and maintain training content, manuals, and job aids aligned with
- business requirements.

B. Training Coordination Execution

- Coordinate endtoend training activities including scheduling, invitations, logistics, attendance tracking, and feedback collection.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify training needs and ensure timely execution of programs.
- Maintain training calendar and ensure SME alignment for training delivery
- Prepare training MIS, reports, and dashboards using Excel (Awareness on Pivot, Dashboarding, Vlookups, etc...)

C. Training Effectiveness Engagement

- Measure training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.




- Conduct refresher programs and capabilitybuilding workshops.
- Stay updated with industry best practices, regulatory changes, and financial concepts to keep training modules relevant.

What we are looking for.

- 5 to 7 years of experience in Training Development within the Banking or NBFC industry (NBFC Preferred).
- Strong knowledge of financial products, services, and regulatory frameworks.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (dashboards, data analysis, reports).
- Exposure to training models for evaluation, mode and Design
- Solid coordination, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with ability to track and report training impact.
