Hiring: Corporate Relations Intern

Stipend: ₹10,000-₹15,000/month (target-based) + Performance based incentives

At Coding Thinker, we train aspiring tech professionals in industry-demanded technical domains. We are looking for an ambitious, persuasive, and proactive Corporate Relations Intern to bridge the gap between our trained talent pool and hiring companies.

In this role, you will lead corporate outreach, connect with talent acquisition heads and HR decision-makers, and establish partnerships to host campus and virtual recruitment drives for our candidates.

Key Responsibilities

- Corporate Outreach: Research, identify, and reach out to IT companies, startups, and corporate recruiters through email campaigns, phone calls, and LinkedIn outreach.
- On-Ground Visits: Visit companies and corporate offices in person to meet HR heads, present our talent profiles, and pitch recruitment collaboration opportunities.
- Drive Conversions: Pitch our hiring batches (trained in core software engineering, data, and web development) and convince corporate partners to conduct recruitment and placement drives.
- Relationship Management: Follow up with corporate leads, coordinate drive logistics,



and maintain an updated tracking sheet of recruiter interactions and drive dates.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- High confidence in cold emailing, phone calls, and in-person corporate presentations.
- Persuasive negotiation skills with a target-driven mindset.
- Prior experience in campus placement cells, student placement committees, business development, or cold outreach is a strong advantage.
- Ability to travel locally for company visits and client meetings as needed.
