Position: Corporate Relationship Executive

Location: Anna Nagar East, Chennai

Experience: Minimum 6 Months

Shift: Day Shift

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Employment Type: 6-Month Contract

We are looking for a confident and qualified Corporate Relationship Executive with excellent English communication skills to handle corporate clients, understand their requirements, explain services, and build long-term business relationships.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Communicate with corporate clients over calls and explain the company's services.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate to ensure appropriate support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
- Follow up with clients regarding their requirements and service updates.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely responses to client needs.
- Maintain client records and track communication and follow-ups.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Tourism, Hospitality,



Client Relationship Management, or a related field.
- Excellent spoken English communication with clear pronunciation, fluency, and a professional speaking style.
- Strong interpersonal skills, telephone etiquette, and client-handling abilities.
- Confident in communicating with corporate clients and understanding their requirements.
- Candidates with backgrounds in Hospitality, Tourism, Hotel Management, or Business Management are preferred.

Contract & Career Opportunity
- Initial 6-month contractual position.
- Based on performance, a permanent position may be considered.
- Candidates should be comfortable working 6 days a week during the day shift.
