Through corporate partnerships, we aim to help employees develop better financial understanding and make informed decisions about budgeting, saving, investments, debt management, and long-term financial planning.

We are looking for a professional who can develop corporate relationships and coordinate financial literacy training opportunities, supporting the growth of Finufit’s corporate training initiatives.

Role Overview The primary responsibility of this role is to engage with corporates, build connections with HR and Learning & Development teams, generate training opportunities, and coordinate the delivery of financial literacy sessions led by our Finance Coach.

This is primarily a corporate engagement and training coordination role, with social media management forming a smaller part of the position.

Key Responsibilities

1. Corporate Engagement & Business Development

- Identify target companies and relevant decision-makers, including HR Managers, HR Business Partners, Administration Managers, and L&D; Managers.
- Build and maintain professional connections through LinkedIn, email, telephone, and other appropriate channels.
- Initiate conversations with corporates to introduce Finufit’s employee financial literacy training programs.
- Identify opportunities for employee learning sessions, workshops, and corporate training engagements.
- Follow up on enquiries, arrange introductory meetings, and maintain a structured corporate prospect database.




- Build long-term relationships to encourage repeat training engagements and referrals.

2. Corporate Training Coordination

- Coordinate with corporate stakeholders to understand training requirements, audience size, preferred formats, and scheduling.
- Arrange training sessions, workshops, and meetings in consultation with the Finance Coach and corporate representatives.
- Manage calendars, invitations, confirmations, reminders, and participant coordination.
- Coordinate session logistics for online and in-person programs.
- Collect participant feedback and maintain records of completed sessions and future opportunities.
- Ensure smooth communication between corporate clients and the Finance Coach before and after each session.

3. LinkedIn & Social Media Support

- Support Finufit’s LinkedIn presence through relevant posts, updates, and engagement.
- Assist in preparing and scheduling content related to financial literacy and corporate training.
- Maintain a professional online presence and support the promotion of upcoming sessions.
- Social media responsibilities will remain secondary to corporate outreach and training coordination

4. Candidate Profile

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in corporate relations, B2B business development, client servicing, training coordination,



or a similar role.
- Robust verbal and written communication skills.
- Practical experience using LinkedIn for skilled networking and outreach.
- Confidence in communicating with corporate decision-makers.
- Good organisational, follow-up, scheduling, and coordination skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, spreadsheets, email, and calendar management.
- A self-driven approach, with the ability to manage multiple prospects and engagements.

Experience in corporate training, employee learning programs, HR services, or B2B services will be an advantage.

Performance Expectations

Success in this role will be measured primarily by:
- Quality and growth of corporate connections and qualified prospects.
- Introductory meetings arranged with relevant corporate stakeholders.
- Corporate training opportunities generated and converted.
- Number and consistency of training sessions successfully coordinated.
- Quality of client communication, follow-ups, and relationship management.
