About Z-Tech and Zyng Parks Z-Tech (India) Limited is a listed company that builds and operates sustainable, art-based parks under the Zyng Parks brand. Our parks welcomed 20 lakh visitors last year across 8 locations, with 75 lakh visitors planned next year across 25 locations. Events and IPs give visitors a reason to return and are one of our largest growth levers.

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial Head Events, IPs & Activations to build a continuous calendar of experiences across our Creative Parks.

The role will be responsible for creating and executing a mix of large-scale events, mid-sized events, regular park programming, brand activations and original IPs that drive footfall, engagement and revenue.

This is a hands-on builder role. You will set the events strategy and also do the work yourself: produce the first flagship events, pitch the first sponsors, build the vendor bench, be on site on event days and hire the team around you. It suits someone who has run events on the ground and a P&L;, and who is energised by building from a blank page.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and own the annual events and programming strategy across the park network.
- Create a continuous calendar of large-scale events, mid-level events, weekend programming, festivals and community activities.
- Develop original, ownable event IPs that can be created, scaled and replicated across multiple parks.
- Personally produce the first flagship events and IPs: concept, sponsor pitch, budgeting, production, on-ground execution and post-event review.
- Conceptualise experiences for different audiences including families, children, youth, corporates and local communities.
- Build and manage partnerships with brands, sponsors, artists, creators, agencies,



schools, corporates and community groups.
- Drive brand activations, sponsorships, ticketed events and commercial partnerships within the parks.
- Identify opportunities around festivals, cultural moments, holidays, local events and emerging consumer trends.
- Own the complete event lifecycle: ideation, programming, budgeting, partnerships, production, execution and post-event analysis.
- Secure all event permissions and licences (including police, fire, local authority and music or performance rights) and ensure crowd-safety and emergency plans for every event.
- Design events and IPs that reflect the parks' sustainability and art-led identity, including low-waste production.
- Work closely with Marketing, F&B;, Activities, Revenue and Park Operations teams to create integrated experiences.
- Build a strong agency, production house, artist and vendor ecosystem across cities.
- Track footfall, revenue, participation, sponsorship income and ROI for events and continuously optimise the calendar.
- Recruit the founding hires yourself, then build a high-performing events team capable of managing multiple events and activations simultaneously across parks.

What Success Looks Like in the First 12 to 18 Months

- Launch a continuous event calendar across all parks, with programming every weekend.
- Create and launch original Zyng event IPs that can be replicated across parks.
- Grow event-led footfall, ticketed revenue and sponsorship income.
- Build a base of repeat sponsors and brand partners.
- Hire and embed the core events team and vendor ecosystem.

Ideal Candidate

- 10+ years of experience in events, experiential marketing, entertainment, hospitality, consumer or destination-led businesses.




- Proven experience managing large and mid-scale events on a continuous basis, not just one-off projects.
- Strong track record of creating and building event/IP formats.
- Strong network across brands, sponsors, artists, creators, agencies and production partners.
- Commercially robust with experience in event P&L;, sponsorships, partnerships and revenue generation.
- Highly creative, entrepreneurial and execution-oriented.
- Ability to convert consumer insights into repeatable, scalable and commercially viable experiences.
- Hands-on producer who has personally run events on the ground and is comfortable on site through event days, weekends and holidays.
- Zero-to-one experience: has created at least one event IP or format from scratch and scaled it into a recurring, profitable property.
- Motivated by long-term value creation and comfortable with a meaningful equity-linked component in total compensation.

Compensation & Benefits We want the person who builds this business to share in the value it creates. The package combines market-competitive fixed pay, an annual bonus tied to events and overall park performance, and a meaningful long-term, equity-linked incentive.

- Fixed compensation: competitive and commensurate with experience, benchmarked to senior events and experiential leadership roles.
- Annual performance bonus: linked to events revenue, sponsorship income and profitability (EBITDA) targets for the business you own, with a portion linked to overall Zyng Parks performance, agreed at the start of each year.
- Long-term incentive plan (LTIP): eligibility for equity-linked awards in Z-Tech (India) Limited, a listed company, through Stock Appreciation Rights (SARs) and/or Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). The mix and quantum will be agreed at offer stage.
- Aligned upside: the value of these awards is linked to Z-Tech's share price, so your reward grows as the events business and the company grow.
