- 3-7 years in Proposal Writing, RFP/Bid Management with US Staffing or Recruitment experience
- Manage RFP, RFI, RFQ processes, coordinate stakeholders, and handle multiple proposals under deadlines
Role & responsibilities
- 3 to 7 years of experience in Proposal Writing, RFP Writing, Bid Management or Proposal Management.
- Experience in US Staffing / US IT Staffing / Recruitment / RPO / Staffing Services is preferred.
- Strong understanding of RFP, RFI, RFQ and proposal management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong business writing, editing and proofreading skills.
- Positive knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong research, analytical and documentation skills.
- Excellent stakeholder coordination and project management abilities.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple proposals.
